At our Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic, we were founded out of deep frustration with the insurance-driven healthcare system—one that often puts red tape and paperwork ahead of patients. We set out to return to the roots of real medicine, where the doctor-patient relationship comes first, and care is personal, not transactional. Our mission is simple: to provide accessible, high-quality care without the bureaucracy or billing codes that get in the way.
Direct Primary Care is a modern healthcare model where patients pay a straightforward, fixed monthly fee for unlimited access to their physician. This includes office visits, same-day or next-day appointments, and telemedicine—no insurance required. DPC allows for longer, more personalized visits, transparent pricing on labs and medications, and meaningful relationships built on trust. No copays, no rushed appointments—just care the way it should be.
Meet Dr. Gupta
Dr. Gupta graduated from the Medical University of the Americas in Nevis and completed her Family Medicine residency at Michigan State University/Western Michigan University School of Medicine in 2014. During her residency, she worked with Michigan's most vulnerable populations, gaining invaluable experience in community healthcare. Afterward, she served rural communities in upstate New York, where access to medical care was limited.
Dr. Gupta relocated to Virginia Beach in 2018, where she now practices and is passionate about women's health, LGBTQIA+ care, weight loss management and providing inclusive, compassionate healthcare to all. To keep her skills sharp, she also works at the local hospital, ensuring she stays at the forefront of both outpatient and inpatient care. She is especially devoted to supporting military families, as her husband is a Navy veteran.
Outside of work, Dr. Gupta is kept busy by her young daughter, as well as her two dogs. She enjoys powerlifting, bodybuilding, cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
